    For bread crumbs I find a good gluten free bread and blend up the entire loaf in the food processor. Then I freeze and use as needed. I use this mixture for making homemade chicken nuggets or anything else that calls for bread crumbs.     It is important to avoid enzymes from fungal sources. I think these can cause more stress in the body especially anybody with fungal issues. For a veggie garden I would avoid any treated lumber.
