  1. my score was 99.62%. Sheesh! What now?
  2. Thanks Donna! Paula - you okay?
  3. Paula, I went on Scott's site but couldn't find the test you are referring to. What is the name of it?
  4. I am glad you are pulling out of this finally. Sorry you had to go through this just when you thought some new treatments might help. Hope it does help you find some answers though. I tend to avoid pork because I have read that Pigs are very dirty animals. They eat anything and everything. I can't say I never eat it, I just don't eat it very often...
  5. Hi Everyone! I pop in every couple of days and try to catch up. I haven't had much to add, but I have been trying to keep up. I can't sleep. I took a protease enzyme about an hour before bed and for some reason this always affects my sleep. Not sure why??? I have been doing a lot of research on enzymes and it seems to me that its very important...
  6. Oh no! UGH! So frustrating! I hope you feel well enough to go see the dr. April
  7. LittleMiss, I agree with Carla - a call to the LLMD is a good idea. These meds can be hard on the liver. April
  8. Could you wait a few days and let your body deal with what it has stirred up already? Have you tried an epsom salt bath? That might help get some toxins out and take the work off the liver and kidneys. My gallbladder/liver area has bothered me before and it is on the right side of the ribcage area.
  9. Sherry, Do you ever recall Naittokinase keeping you up at night? My bottle says to take it before bed but each time I do- I can't sleep! Its wierd. I think I'll try it in the AM instead. April
  10. I am sure you guys know this, but that enviromental dr I went to has a sign in his office advising people not to wear perfume in the office because of the many chemical sensitive people he treats. He states that they contain nearly 2500 chemicals and are highly toxic.
  11. what about non-visual mold. It doesn't always flourish in places that we can see. I do think that the body can become intolerant to the littlest things once the "bucket" gets full. Seems like I read that dead spores are not good either - from a health standpoint.
  12. Is SC really the lyme capital!!! OMG! I did grow up not far from the border. Plus, if the kids got it from her through pregnancy, she probably got it in the same place I did. We lived next to each other on the lake. I am sensitive to supplements at times and digestive enzymes have always helped me. its hard to research but its worth making...
  13. I hope you guys can help me help my friend. Here is the story. She has 3 kids - all of them are unwell in different ways. The oldest (9 years old) has epilepsy, anxiety, constipation (bad, bad C), sleeping problems, bed wetting, nervous bladder. The middle (5 years old) has asthma, major food allergies, chronic hoarse voice, leaky gut and what I...
  14. I found that I don't tolerate wine but I tolerate beer okay. Guess its from the sulfites in wine??? Wonder why tequila is the lesser of the evils? What about beer - have you tried that?
  15. I have been doing a little research on Zeolite. Does anyone have a recommended brand? Seems like you have to be careful that the metals were removed in processing.
  16. Paula, I think its good that he is looking into preventing it in the future by adding some venting. Seems like it keeps coming back - for some reason. I am glad you know the mold guy. Hopefully he will be completely honest with what you need to do.
  17. Paula, Here is a quote from Moldlady posting about using the new probiotics (the ones that do not require refrigeration). I think some say soil based. Anyway, here's why they are not good for people with chronic illness: Since Natren has always only made Human strains AND i can find this in my local healthfood store - I just stick with that brand...
  18. Thanks! Printed it this time. Its so hard to go back and find things in this thread. It grows so much everyday! Paula, I am sure Rachel will answer this with great scientificness ! I would think that the first thing to do would reduce mold exposure AND all of you get on a good probiotic to help with the yeast overgrowth. Until...
  19. Oh! Ha ha! That makes more sense!
  20. Kassandra, Sorry about the death in your family Carla, Sorry about the death in your church choir Sherry, Can you post that recipe again for constipation? I can't find it anywhere! Andrea, What kind of chlorella was your child on? I hope I haven't asked you this before....sorry if I have. Is it chewable? What was...
  21. Paula, Do you remember Moldlady on the Yeast thread? She knows a LOT about molds. If you can't find her here she is still active on Open Original Shared Link. You could post a question to her. Her long life of yeast problems was caused by mold exposure over a long period of time in the building that she worked. Molds can definately cause yeast...
  22. I think you are right on the money, Rachel! Kassandra, If I could see Amy, I definately would. She is nowhere near me and I haven't found another ART practioner, but it sounds like a very important tool in recovery. I wish I could go. Good luck! April
  23. sherry, Wonder if I can get travacor online? I am expiramenting on my mom trying some things to help her sleep. She won't go to the ND and spend any money, especially after the fire. She goes to sleep okay but wakes up in the middle of the night and can't go back to sleep. I started with magnesium, but it immediately cause D. So maybe she has...
  24. Andrea, Yes you have to take care of yourself so you can take care of the kids and hubby. I run into this problem all the time. I focus on them so much, I have to let myself go more. Last week and 1/2 I had the abdominal pain problem. I think it was a virus going around. I took extra probiotics (human strain!!) and that seemed to take care of it...
  25. When my yeast problem and leaky gut was pretty bad I had this air hunger/asthma type thing also. I would get heart palpatations and feel like I couldn't get a full breath. It was really scary for me and I went to the ER 3 times over it - before I realized it was from yeast or whatever. I thought I was having allergice anaphylaxis or something. Funny thing...
