    Nanjkay, Since you still have metal fillings, I would highly recommend not taking any kind of chelator, such as cilantro. Cilantro is a very good chelator but if not taken in part with a "protocol" it can be dangerous. I found this out the hard way.     Ditto! I don't get that!! I would be lucky if I stopped at ONE! I really hope you start to feel much better after the D & C and the iron iv's! Paula was asking about it, but I think Lisa takes it. I haven't tried it yet. I'm still trying to decide if I should try the Cowden protocol.

    I read alot about those clay baths. There is something that you buy along with the clay to keep the drain clean. You could start with doing the foot baths, though.     Paula, the best thing you can do is keep your detox pathways open as much as possible so the metals don't build up too much.     The other day I kept my friend's little boy that is so sensitive and he had been so overstimulated that he couldn't stop crying for mommy and he wouldn't open his eyes.     Paula - can you post this site again? I need to look into this for a friends child. I use something all natural (no aluminum) with tea tree oil in it. When I am really yeasty, I seem to be more prone to odor under there and this deoderant worked! I'll have to try that!
