    This recipe delivers a tasty, thirst-quenching strawberry lemonade with a dash of mint. It's the perfect thing on a hot day.

    If you love mangoes, and with frozen summertime treats, then these frozen mango lassi pops with hit the spot.



    I was dying for an ice-cream sandwich the other day, and I didn’t have many options. I did, however, have some leftover Rice Krispies Treats and some ice cream. The rest, as they say, is history.

    Having an easy apple crumble recipe in your arsenal is a good thing. This one is both easy to make and tasty as can be. I try to keep apples in the house, and find I usually have the other basics on hand, which can help to take the sting out of any dessert emergency.

    If you want a tasty, healthy treat that's cheap, super simple to make and delivers big flavor, try this recipe for homemade applesauce. It's one of those dishes that kids can help you make, and which will leave smiles all around.

    Messing with the beloved deviled egg can be a dangerous gambit in my family. Luckily, a little apple goes a long way in this recipe. I like a bit more tang so I tend towards equal parts mayo and mustard in my filling, but you could easily use more mayonnaise like most recipes call for.

    Fall mean apples and apples mean joy. Fresh homemade applesauce is one of my favorite ways to partake in that joy. This recipe is easy to make, and delicious. I put this applesauce on ice-cream, pancakes, waffles, peanut butter sandwiches, and many other things.

    Fruit soups offer an easy way to bring a splash of excitement into your summer meals. This light, refreshing strawberry soup is spiced with just a hint of cardamom, that makes for an exotic appetizer or a snack that you and your guests are sure to love.

    This is one of my favorite desserts to make; it’s so fun to cook and serve. The sauce becomes incredibly aromatic as it cooks down. As simple, yet exotic desserts go, it’s a perfect way to top off a meal with flair.

    I can’t say enough about the wonder of no-cook meals. When the weather heats up and you want to spend as little time as possible in a hot kitchen, easy to make salads like these are perfect.

    A little sinful? Perhaps. But, I believe everyone needs a few desserts under their belt if for no other reason than to break out on a rainy day. Homemade chocolate pudding is a nostalgic must-have and naturally gluten-free.
