Yes, there are different kinds of anemia. Ferritin is an iron storage protein so you can have plenty of iron floating around in your blood but not enough in storage in some cases. @RejoicephdRejoicephd, Glad you're continuing the vitamin supplementation. High dose Thiamine has been shown to improve fibromyalgia symptoms. Vitamin D also helps.
