The Top 16 Gluten-Free Candy Bars

Last time I had a Mr Goodbar it had wheat in it (and I was super sick). Is it only the minis? Did they change the recipe?

So my question is what about the facility and cross contamination cause when I called them they couldn't guarantee that and told me to check the labels because the production  locations , example Snicker's made in one factory that has wheat but Snicker's could be at a safe site and the label will state gluten free? Has this changed?  I've seen it mainly on Hershey's some have gluten free on the package others don't do it gets frustrating and confusing 

What about Aero Original Milk Chocolate Bars?

3 Musketeers used to contain barley-based malt and made me sick. Have they changed the malt base?

Regarding Snickers original bars, here are the ingredients:

Most of these contain dairy.Many celiacs have other medical issues in addition to celiac disease,and cannot eat dairy as well.

This is so true because many times I have consumed items that say they are gluten free yet have symptoms after consuming them. 

As mentioned, Snickers bars do not contain any wheat, as it would have to be disclosed in the ingredients, and per Mars: “To do so, you count on the ingredient statements on food labels to be truthful and accurate.”

if you had a reaction it was likely from something else and you should avoid the product.

I am allergic to iodine. Carrageenan contains iodine as it is made from seaweed. I have reactions to any food that contains carrageenan. Payday candy bars contain carrageenan, FYI.

According to the baby Ruth website, it is no longer gluten free. 

I know it can be confusing, and their site does say "no" to Baby Ruth being gluten-free, but they do not use any gluten ingredients in the bar. We revised the article to make this more clear. Here are the ingredients and allergen disclosures for the Baby Ruth bar:
