celiac disease And Nosebleeds?

My daughter has a positive test but no diagnosis yet (waiting for biopsy). Has anyone had children (or themselves) have frequent nosebleeds as a celiac disease symptom that went away once becoming gluten-free?

It's probably not directly caused by Celiac but may be a complication of anemia caused by the Celiac & the inability to absorb iron & B12

Her cbc came back normal so she doesn't have anemia right now. Maybe it's just allergies.

I have never heard of a connection between Celiac or allergies and nose bleeds.There can sometimes be a vein near the surface in the nose that is annoyed by being dry for one reason or another that makes it easy to break the skin and expose it.

Oh gosh yes!

 

 I remember as a child I has frequent nose bleeds, also stress seemed to exacerbate them. 

I had headaches since age 11(still have mild ones every day, tinnutis since 13 and quasi fibro pain since age 13 as well.

      New issue

      I was taking medicine for sibo but it was not agreeing with my stomach at all.Was on gabapentin but it amps me up.I was taking in morning because it wasn't allowing me to sleep.This has always been an issue with medicine and me.Even going to dentist, the good shot that numbs you once, I can't take because it makes my heart beat fast and I get the shakes...

      I showed one doctor I went to once because completely clueless of celiac disease and yes that one was connected to a well known hospital and she said oh thats just a bunch of people that think they are celiac coming together. I said um no they have doctors and knowledge behind what is being written. So bay area is Downplaying this site! SADLY

      Do Gluten Enzymes actually work?

      If you successfully digest gluten with enzyme supplements so it won’t give you side effects, your challenge won’t be worthwhile because the digested fragments of gluten also won’t stimulate antibody production or cause intestinal damage.
