Skinny Crisps

I hope I am not annoying you guys with my enthusiasm - but I figure if I have to live with this, I may as well make the best of it and figure out the tastiest (but still healthy!) way to do it.

Anyway, I picked up some Skinny Crisps at Whole Foods the other day.  I got the "Whole Shebang" ones that are supposed to taste like an everything bagel - and THEY REALLY DO! They also are the most 'regular cracker-like' crackers I've tried. I do like rice-based crackers or the Nut Thins, but they have that specific snap that isn't like a real cracker.  These break and feel like real crackers, and they are healthy and low carb too (70 calories, 8 grams carbs (3%), 2 grams fiber, and 3 grams protein in four crackers).

The only downside is that they are pretty pricey, at $5.99 a bag. But they are made close by to me in Boulder, CO, so I thought I'd give them a shout out.

Yeah.... It's really annoying when someone finds a new product that is good and tells us about it.

Thank you that’s really helpful, hopeful won’t have to have a biopsy.

That means the normal range (i.e. not celiac disease) would be a result less than 14.99.  Your result is WAY above that. Some gastroenterologists would diagnose that as celiac disease even without a confirming biopsy because it is more than ten times the top of the normal range.

Hi everyone. Back in 2022 I had blood work drawn for iga ext gliadin. Since then I’ve developed worse stomach issues and all other health issues. My doctor just said cut out gluten. He did no further testing. Please see my test results attached. I just need some direction cause I feel so ill and the stomach pain is becoming worse. Can this test show indications for other gastrointestinal diseases?

Thank you. These were the results TTG ABS NUMERICAL: > 250.0 U/mL [< 14.99]  Really don’t understand the results!

Clearly from what you've said the info on Dailymed is much more up to date than the other site, which hasn't been updated since 2017. The fact that some companies might be repackaging drugs does not mean the info on the ingredients is not correct.
