Understanding DQ2 markers and advice needed on if I should test for and if I've been eating gluten long enough again.

Nutrahacker just emailed me my HLA Haplotypes

DQ2.2 (rs2395182) Homozygous
DQ2.2 (rs7775528) Heterozygous
DQ2.5 (rs2187668) Heterozygous

Under NutraHacker original research it lists me in the highest risk group. DQ2 homozyhous with 5.5 prevalence and 28.3 percent with anti-gluten antibodies.

I've always been curious if I was gluten intolerant or celiac, and I tested once but I had been low-carb/gluten free for a while. I'd watched fathead and read Gary Taubes and think low-carb, gluten avoidance is a healthy approach. So two years ago it showed negative. I am considering retesting, I have not been eating low carb or gluten free most of last year through this year. I started eating low carb again on Feb 21, but stopped again on March 26th. So my question is, was my low carb/mostly gluten free period short enough, and that I've been eating gluten again long enough that I can get tested again or do I need a longer gluten challenge to make up for that month?

I also have oral lichen planus and there seems to be some research that there is a correlation between celiac and lichen planus. Appreciate any thoughts you have.

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
