What do you mean by "steak sauce"?  LIke A1?  I think it is gluten-free.  Its a Kraft product, so you can just read ingredients.   Or do you want a marinade?  Or are you talking about what a restaurant makes?  

 

We got a yummy marinade that said gluten-free on it.

You can probably find steak sauce that are explicitly labelled "gluten free", preferably from a major household brand name that worry about being sued.  I'm in Canada, and I was able to find BBQ sauce that are labelled gluten free, as well as steak seasoning salt that are labelled gluten free.  Reading ingredients is not that useful, if you're actually celiac.  In my experience, too many products contain gluten despite having a simply ingredient list.

      Burning Sensation in the small intestine

      I have a very timid tummy after 13 years of strict gluten free. If I try to eat like my pals, I burn.

      No red meat

      I particularly try to get lots of red meat, mostly beef. I'm slightly anemic, which isn't uncommon in celiacs. Red meat is healthy for us and the environment.

      Terrible Neurological Symptoms

      I had lyme disease for about 14 years and was also diagnosed with celiac disease about midway through. I had bad leaky gut food and chemical sensitivity like crazy dental issues I had to go on a really strict diet for 4 years to heal my gut and see a lyme Dr to heal the lyme disease Both sides of my family are celiac
