Can't decipher results

I have a 5 year old who has had on and off again loose stool his whole life.  He sometimes complains of stomach cramps and when he has to go to the bathroom he has to go fast.  Sometimes the stool is formed but most of the time it's watery and fibery. He's currently being tested for (I don't know what but assume Celiac or Crohn's) and I've received some of the results.  The stool sample isn't back yet.  Anything you all could tell me?  I know you're not doctors but I also know how well versed most of you must be on this stuff.  Thanks in advance.

Gliadin Deamidated IgA  <10U  negative

Gliadin Deamidated IgG <10 negative

IgG 1070 mg/dL  range is 504-1465

IgA <6 mg/dL range is 27-195

IgM 88mg/dL range is 24-210

IgE 114 IU/mL range is 0-90

transglutaminase IgA <20 Units which was in range and says negative

in his complete bloodcount nothing was out of range

In his metabolic panel nothing was out of range

His ESR was 34 and they gave no range

C-Reactive protein was in range

TSH in range

His manual differential panel says

band neturohphil 0% range is 5-11

Segmented Netrophils 67% range is 32-54

Lymphocytes 27% range is 28-48

all else normal

Any insight you can give would be appreciated.  My thoughts are going in a lot of different directions.  Is it Crohn's? Celiac?  Something I haven't thought of?

Lactose intolerant?  FODMAP issue?

Exodus2424 Newbie

Never diagnosed but never tested. His allergist didn’t think lactose intolerance because he wasn’t throwing up. We ended up in our own going to a GI specialist at A Children’s Hospital.

Odd.  No one I know that is lactose or FODMAP intolerant vomits.

If you are going to a specialist, than ask him?  Find out what your kid is being tested for.  Ask questions until you understand it or take someone with you who can listen for you and help you understand later.

That Immunoglobulin A (IgA) result?  Is that a “6” or “less than 6”?   He had all lots of Immunoglobulin tests, but one one type of celiac disease testing (DGP).  You could ask for the rest of the celiac panel (EMA and TTG).  Keep in mind that some people are seronegative.

It’s “less than 6”

There's a company called thistle subscription based food completely gluten free plant based. They offer juices, juice shots. I was wondering has anyone made their own juices shots for anti inflammatory gut healthy juices etc?

Anyone diagnosed with Refractory Coeliac Disease can participate (they do not need to be in the UK but would need to be able to speak and understand English as the intervention is facilitated in English language)

Is this only for those in the UK, or can anyone diagnosed with celiac disease participate?

Hi everyone, I hope this is the right place to post this, I am new to the forum though hopeful my research is relevant to someone reading this. I am a Trainee Clinical Psychologist currently conducting research on Coeliac Disease at the University of Surrey and my research has been approved by an NHS committee allowing me to advertise online. My research is a doctoral thesis involving a 3-session online cognitive behavioral therapy group intervention, developed by myself and a current patient with Refractory Coeliac Disease, designed to reduce anxiety in those diagnosed with Refractory Coeliac type 1 and 2. This intervention will include evidence based support to reduce anxiety for a form...
