Homemade shaped Chocolates

So bit of a fun thing get either a candy melter or the old trusted double boiler method (boil then simmer water in one pot and stick a metal bowl/bot in containing the chocolate to melt  in it using the hot water to heat your melting pot). Use a trusted chocolate, I used Gerbs for this to give away, normally I would buy LUVs, Phi, Lakanto, or even Lilly's and make it sugar free but this for for a giveaway. I did a large one with 2.5lbs of chips, melted stirring then mixed in 6oz (thought I did 8 but did a volume) of my cookie dry flour mix and some extracts, then poured into a large dragon shaped cake mold.1365799252_ChocolateDragon.webp.e9286e57ed968a16d780457c6d2dc29d.webp

I might suggest trying melting your chips and adding more sweeter and extracts to flavor, examples, mint, orange, banana, strawberry, cherry, etc. make good flavored chocolates.  You can even do plain and just pour into molds.

What does the flour do?  Never heard of that before.  And how cool is a dragon mold!

Bit of a cookie crunch to it. The blend is the exact blend I use in my chocolate chip cookies, figured reverse cookie IE chocolate with cookie inside instead of cookie with chocolate inside. -_- I used sugar chips in it so I could not taste it really, next time I am doing it with the more expensive chocolate I can eat.

I have a very timid tummy after 13 years of strict gluten free.  If I try to eat like my pals, I burn.

I particularly try to get lots of red meat, mostly beef.  I'm slightly anemic, which isn't uncommon in celiacs.  Red meat is healthy for us and the environment.

I had lyme disease for about 14 years and was also diagnosed with celiac disease about midway through.  I had bad leaky gut food and chemical sensitivity like crazy dental issues I had to go on a really strict diet for 4 years to heal my gut and see a lyme Dr to heal the lyme disease  Both sides of my family are celiac
