hAVE A GREAT DOCTOR, diagnosed in Jan with Anemia being my main symptom

however, I have been doing the same aerobic routine for 8 years and my heart beatstarted about 4 month before going gluten free to race to 240 a min. still doing this during my aerobic and my doctor said no way. Well, yes way. It was a gradual process. Anyone else have this and what did there doctor do. It may correct itself, as I've been gluten-free for 4 months and everything else it back to normal, except my bone loss of course.

I have this, too - My heart will race after climbing 4 steps - I had a normal EKG and although my endoscopy was neg. for Celiac, I have so many of the symptoms - I have a B12 Deficiency so I was also very close to being anemic when I went to the doctor around Christmas time - They wanted to admit me into the hospital on Xmas Eve because my heart was racing so hard and fast - it also skips beats sometimes for no reason - My heart will sometimes race even when I do not do physical activities

Good luck to you - glad the gluten-free 'diet' helped you :D

I used Aveeno products for years and had to stop using it because my skin problems got worse.  I do have Dermatitis Herpetiformis.   Not all people with Celiac react to oats.   I use tallow balm.  People have been using it for thousands of years.  Tallow balm is better absorbed that plant fats.  There's also tallow balm soap.  My favorite brand is Vintage Tradition Tallow Balm.

Yes I have thyroid and have had it for over 30 years and just got diagnosed for cealiac last march.I have been complaining all the years about stomach pain weight lost hair falling out they kept blaming on the thyroid and I am over 70 years old. but what I’ve been reading thyroid, diabetes, should take a closer look,I think autoimmune plays a part. All I know is that I cook strictly gluten-free and also found if restaurants don’t have a designated gluten-free kitchen not going there. Cross contamination is a big thing .
