Does anyone have experience with this?

The ingredients look safe, but they make no claims to be a Gluten Free. I know that may just mean they don’t test, but thought it worth asking.

Is it just pure meat? All meats are gluten-free. Even grain fed beef would be naturally gluten-free:

I called the company (Sous-Vide Grass-Fed Beef sold at Costco), and they said that it is gluten-free. She was surprised that it was not labeled gluten-free.

      I am going to see my Disease Doctor in a couple of months and he will explain to me why they told me not to eat red meat. I wish he could have just told me over the phone.

      My feeling is that histamine intolerance/MCAS is doesn't get enough press in the medical world and is greatly underdiagnosed.

      Have you heard anything about being celiac and pills, vitamins not absorbing into your system? I hope that makes sense. Basically, you don’t get the full effect. There is something that helps the absorption, like Vit C?? Thanks for all of your help.

      Updating to note that it has been over a month since I initially wrote Prana and they haven't provided a response to my question about what testing limits (ppm) they use now. I've sent them a couple reminder emails but nothing. Booo.
