Hey all, 

What are the biggest reasons for not healing? I am 110% sure of my diet/cross contamination, eat very clean foods, workout, and I have all the same symptoms as I did two years ago. I've put so much effort in for little change. 

My latest GI says she has no idea what wrong with me - and is not even 100% sure that I have celiac now. I had negative blood tests but positive endoscopy, a year later the villi were all back with a gluten-free diet being the only big change. I was told it is fairly likely though.

The number one reason is not being 100% gluten-free, perhaps because you eat at restaurants, or you've got something you eat regularly that is contaminated.

  • Lactose Intolerance
  • Helicobacter Pylori
  • Small Bowel Bacterial Overgrowth
  • Yeast Overgrowth
  • Other Food Sensitivities

      The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

      I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

      Yarrow Pom works really well with the skin issues I found out.I had to stop so my doterra because dealing with medical celiac circus. I had shingles in Feb 2023. Prayers for healing

      More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
