I love and miss chicken flavored ramen noodles, I was so excited to find gluten-free rice ramen noodles (plain) at my local store. However I have no idea how to make the powder stuff that was chicken flavored to go in these noodles once cooked. Can anyone help? Thanks!

Make chicken stock.  Preferably from chicken and veggies at home.

Those flavor packets frequently contain yeast which may cause a gluten-like reaction, plus all those weird chemicals.  Boxed chicken stock may be a bit better, but read the label!

There are gluten-free versions of bouillon cubes out there, but many contain MSG. We often make our own ramen using gluten-free buckwheat and millet noodles we buy at Costco:

This article has some detailed information on how to be 100% gluten-free, so it may be helpful (be sure to also read the comments section.):

Wheat flour is fortified with vitamins in the U.S. as a part of USDA policy. Gluten free facsimile products are not fortified. There is no government mandate for such. When you remove wheat flour by going gluten free, you may be removing a significant source of vitamins.
