Sorry for my english

So hello after i went immedietly gluten-free in the first 4 days i had the worst withdrawls someone could imagine i felt like a drug addict like my body was completly dying after that it was like my symptoms vanished my neuropathy, ataxia etc my head felt so very clear my digestion and autonomic nervoussystem worked all of a sudden again i felt good the first time in 1 year my depersonalization and derealization i had chronically from the brain inflammation and ataxia was almost gone i was never that happy that my life will change now and i will start living again!!!! Then i had in 1 month multiple big big big glutenings due to corn sensitivity it gave me my ataxia, neueopathy diarrhea etc basically my whole body was again destroyed bed bound etc dpdr again. And i didnt know what causes it so i kept eating and eating and eating 200-300g gluten free proccesed s$#& food with corn everywhere and i kept getting worse. Now i am 21 days now completly paleo diet grain free eggs soy milk all that s$#& free so my leaky gut can heal there is no possibility of cc in my house or my food i inly eat whole one ingredient foods. But only after 2 weeks my digestion was okay again (brown poop) i still have extreme neuropathy and ataxia even tough im 21 days free in the beginning only in 4 days it felt all of my symptoms are gone just like vanished my chronic insomnia just went away even tough i was 1 year undiagnosed did major neuro brain etc damage i had multiple times almost a seizure multiple times in the hospital im almost anorexic from top shape fitness junk in 1 year all my muscles burnt completly away i could break basically with force my own arm.

How long does this immune response last its like up and down now i feel good the week then the next i feel fucked up then good day then s$#& days. But how long dies the last immune activation last.

Im 20 by the way covid triggered my celiac exactly at the 5th of october 2021 from there it started really really silently till every organ in my body was with symptoms and i was months chronacly bed bound and no doctor would no what the f$#% i have then some guy on reddit told me i should check for celiac. This persin basically saved my life i probably wouldve had comitted suicide in the next months if i would kept getting worse and didnt know why i had fir months chronically also states of bad psychosis and extreme suicide depression developed idk what the f$#% this disease did not do in my body. Basically my whole body is fuxked ecspecially my brain.

Try reduction of sugar.while your body is working out an exaggerated response to gluten it can also have similar response to both sugar and lactose. Try elimination of sugar for two weeks followed by lactose. Sugar can be hard, but the rewards are dope

Welcome to the forum, Jay11114!

I need some clarification. Are you saying you experience a cross reaction to corn that affects you the same way as wheat/barley/rye glutening?

Yes my gut is pretty badly destroyed and corn gives me a same reaction as gluten even if its certified gluten-free but if its like cornstarch i dint get a reaction if its like corn flour the first ingredient in a product and i ate too much i get symptoms even my ataxia comes i get wery weak in my limps cant walk etc and the other symptoms

Unfortunately, neuropathy (ataxia is part of neuropathy) can persist for a long time after gluten removal and some never experience full healing. In addition to gluten intolerance you obviously have an intolerance/sensitivity to corn protein which is not uncommon in the celiac community. Development of other food intolerances/sensitivities is very common in the celiac community. Corn is a common one, but so are oats, dairy and eggs.

Neuropathy can also be the result of vitamin and mineral deficiencies which goes hand in hand with celaic disease. I would advise you to start taking a gluten free B-complex and 5000 IU of D3 daily.

Reese's Plant Based PeanutButter Cups are made with non-Gluten Free Oats and only states on the package Dairy Free.  Is it safe for Celiacs or those with Gluten Intolerance issues to consume?  I think Mars is taking a small step in the right direction concerning food allergies and wish they were Gluten Free.

These items are on sale for $3.99 at Target: Choose from Choclate Chip, Grahams or Vanilla Wafers.   I purchased all 3 plus an extra Choclate Chip.  All are produced in a dedicate Gluten & Peanut Free Facility and other choices are available on amazon.com.

I had these for years, covered in scars from them. Not had any since I started taking reishi and cordyceps tincture, they’re immune modulators, I think that’s how they work. Most of my other symptoms have also disappeared, I take a treble dose if I get glutened and it’s almost an instant fix, 3 days of mild symptoms instead of 3 weeks of horrible. Might be worth a try, don’t be put off by the caterpillars, I think they’ve found a different way of growing them now.

Welcome to the forum, @LookingForAnswers101, I had similar experiences with boil outbreaks in the same areas.  Mine was caused by Candida Albicans and eating a diet too high in sugar and simple carbohydrates.   Candida is a yeast infection, so the antibacterial wash is not going to help.  I had to change my diet to a Paleo diet before it went away.  If I consume high levels of sugar or other simple carbohydrates (rice, corn, dairy, etc.), boils would occur at pressure points like the groin and back of the legs.  Your doctor might be able to prescribe an antifungal medication, but some of those antifungal medications destroy thiamine.  Thiamine is needed to keep fungal and bacterial infections in check.  I took Thiamine in the form Benfotiamine, but TTFD (tetrahydrofurfuryl disulfide) will work, too.   Thiamine, and the other B vitamins, especially Niacin and Biotin, along with Vitamin A, Vitamin C, and Vitamin D will help keep skin healthy.  Be sure to address these nutritional deficiencies that occur with Celiac! Ask your doctor to rule out autoimmune hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) and Human Papilloma virus, too.   Hang in there!  You'll get over this rocky patch of the journey!  Best wishes! P. S.  Get checked for Type Two Diabetes as well.  Candida, type two diabetes and a high carbohydrate diet often go together.  A Paleo diet really helps me with my Type Two Diabetes and Candida overgrowth.

As I mentioned, gluten intolerance encompasses more than just those with celiac disease, and in the past was used more like the term "gluten sensitivity" is used today.
