Welcome to the forum, Di Roddis!

I assume you are asking about tips for achieving gluten free eating. Here is a primer that might help you get started:

Eliminating major sources of gluten is easy but actually eliminating all gluten is much more of a challenge and requires education and constant diligence. One thing that makes it difficult is that wheat (gluten) is used in foods where you would never expect to find it, like most soy sauces and Campbell's Tomato soup. Those are just two examples. And foods that would naturally be gluten free often are cross-contaminated with gluten in the fields, during transportation and storage or during processing if shared equipment is used. A good example of cross-contamination would  be dried lentils, where wheat kernels typically find their way into the batch.

That's terrible! This article, and the comments below it, may be helpful:

Trader Joe's carries a good variety of affordable gluten-free foods like bagels, hamburger buns, pasta, etc. I like Franz Gluten Free bread, which is available at my local Costco. Food For Life and Little Northern Bakehouse (advertisers here) also make excellent gluten-free breads. Costco also sells gluten-free pizzas, crackers, gravy, etc.

No, Life Extension contains Benfotiamine and Thiamine Hydrochloride. Objective Nutrients Thiamax contains TTFD.     I take both of these and a B Complex.

what Benfotiamine should I take as Life Extension contains both Ben and TTFD.

I take both Benfotiamine and TTFD.   You might want to start with the Benfotiamine for a few days and then add in the TTFD.   You can look for NeuroMag (Magnesium Threonate).  A magnesium glycinate is fine, too.  Doctor's Best is a good brand.  Don't take more than 300mg total per day of magnesium or it may have a laxative effect.   Be sure to take the B Complex.  The Benfotiamine and TTFD will need the other B vitamins.
