Is it safe to use Kirkland Signature Organic Virgin Coconut Oil?

Was gifted a Costco membership and am interested in trying the Kirkland Signature Organic Virgin Coconut Oil.

It says that this is a product of Vietnam, and the only ingredient listed is "organic virgin coconut oil".

Is this safe? I have no experience with Kirkland Signature (or Costco) so I don't know about their reputation. Didn't find much of anything about this online either.

The coconut oil I currently buy is certified gluten free but also costs roughly twice the price of the Kirkland Signature product. Would be fine continuing to pay for the more expensive item, but am wondering if it is overkill at this point.

I appreciate your collective expertise and insight -- thank you!

I have been using this brand for many years and have not had any issues whatsoever. I don’t think you need to be concerned that it contains anything other than what is stated on the ingredients list.

Due to the climate in Viet Nam, they do not produce wheat or wheat products there, so contamination of this product is highly unlikely.

Your response on this matter is what I expect. You’ve had a similar episode years ago, but this one is lasting longer!

I'd like to clarify: Is the pain you describe in the area just below your chest constant, or does it only appear when you start moving?
