Hey Everyone! 

I've been diagnosed with Celiac for just over a year now. My numbers had gone down, and now I just did my routine blood work and my numbers have gone even higher. I'm not understanding what's going on. I follow a very very strict gluten free diet, I don't go out to restaurants, my shampoo and body wash are gluten free. I'm always washing my hands before I touch my food, the counters are always cleaned, I have a separate toaster for my food etc.  

I'm at my wits end, and I don't even feel any symptoms as if I were to get "glutened" I've lost so much weight, I'm really stressed out. My doctor says to try and not loose anymore weight. I don't even eat the packaged foods that say they are gluten free. I know it's bad to say but I do go long periods without even eating - I have 3 small kids so my focus is on them, and when I do eat it's fruits and meat/rice. 

I just went for a physical/blood work, and everything is normal - Thyroid, CBC, Vitamins etc. 

I'm beginning to think I have another issue, but don't know what it could be. 

Some insight would be helpful!

For people with celiac disease hidden gluten in their diets is the main cause of elevated Tissue Transglutaminase IgA Antibodies (tTG-IgA), but there are other conditions, including cow's milk/casein intolerance, that can also cause this, and here is an article about the other possible causes:

      The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

      I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

      Yarrow Pom works really well with the skin issues I found out.I had to stop so my doterra because dealing with medical celiac circus. I had shingles in Feb 2023. Prayers for healing

      More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
