Travelling to Snina, Slovakia looking for grocery stores in that town with gluten free options

Hello my son is travelling to Snina Slovakia, what grocery stores in that area have gluten free options, he will be cooking his own meals and can not eat out.  

We are having troubles finding any information on this town in Slovakia.

Please help.

He can always stick to fresh naturally gluten free food items like potatoes, rice, fresh meat, fruit and veggies as opposed to prepackaged meals and entrees.

I have successfully used the Trip Advisor, Yelp and Booking.com apps to find gluten-friendly hotels, grocery stores and restaurants, so you may want to download them to see if you find some options.

      Ichthus is the Greek word (using English letters) for fish.       Thanks for the kind words. It's hard to convince my doctor to investigate further because of a negative blood test and he only tested me for one marker. 🙃 I've come to the point where I need to take this into my own hands because the doctors are infuriating and it's not going anywhere. I've been gluten free for a week and feeling better but I was still consuming dairy and I think that's what's backing me up. Next week no dairy introduced.

      Hello mantooth nice to meet you it's so uncanny what you wrote you sound just like me even the back issues are exactly the same and I'm new here too trying to find out if I have the same had I too have been struggling to find answers with my docters I don't have a diagnosis but I've been struggling like forever and was told ibs and health aniexty was my problem but on researching I've come to the conclusion it's probably more because i cut gluten and lactose out for 6 months and  it was a incredible change for me so although I can't help with diagnosis I can say your not alone in trying  to find answers 😊

      I call it the fish because I can't spell the other word at times 🤣 don't want to make myself look silly but yes I have this symbol on many items so nice to see it today wen I'm needing help  gives me faith I'm on the right track
