There's a study from PubMed NIH that found that thiamine deficiency gets relayed to the DNA inside cells' mitochondria which in turn switches on autoimmune genes. The way things are going it might end up that three quarters of the population will have a gluten related problem. Maybe our brilliant scientists that seem so skilled at developing "Franken" GMO's can develop wheat without gluten.- adult

There are lots of reports of covid-19 infection triggering people's celiac disease, so it seems possible that the vaccine may be a factor for some people as well. Currently there are several other viruses that have been implicated in triggering celiac disease in those who have the genes for it.- adult
