Please Help.. So Confused

I KNOW I've got to have other allergens at this point. I'm seemingly getting a lot worse lately. The brain fog is so intense (to the point of embarrassment at work and w/ friends.) The fatigue and exhaustion is nearing the point of ridiculousness, as I had to be sent home early from work yesterday (everyone thought I was "hungover," when I hadn't even drank the night before!). And my body's just pooping out on me.. I have no idea where my energy went or how to get it back anymore. It's starting to get seriously bad here.

I have taken out all known sources of gluten in my diet and toiletries. And I've limited lactose as much as I could.. but now I've read about Ursula's intolerance to something called "lectins," which I'm reading about now.

So.. my questions: Is there any way to get tested and have someone tell me flat out everything I'm allergic/intolerant to? What is/are the test(s) called.. so I can tell my doctor? Or do I have to just do an elimination diet?

I want to figure out what my body can't take once and for all.. I don't think I can keep spending every day like this. At this point, I just want someone to tell me what to eat so I can stop thinking about food and how one wrong thing I eat can wreck me for days!!!

Thank you for ANY input here.. or any advice on a common allergen I may not be thinking of?

If you can , I would eliminate all dairy not just lactose. It made a huge difference for me. Also, you could try eliminating soy. Try cooking everything from scratch, no packaged foods. It is easier to figure out what may be bothering you this way.

Have you looked into chronic fatigue syndrome?

I first found out about my gluten intolerance through an Lame Advertisement test (Lame Advertisement dot com). They test for food allergies (intolerances actually). I tested intolerant for sweet potatoes, strawberries, almonds, stringed beans, and a couple of other things, including gluten and gliadin. I cut out all of those foods and I can't even begin to tell you how much better I feel!!! Now that I know about the celiac disease (later diagnosed) I would like to have another Lame Advertisement test done after being gluten free for a while. I believe that I developed the intolerances because my body was trying to deal with the celiac. Anyway, I think you should check out their website and their tests. I recomend them to everyone. I couldn't figure out why strawberries gave me headaches, but now I know! (PS- My "allergist" told me not to waste my money on the test, because it was junk, but hey, worked for me! Maybe he is too "old school" for the new technology.......I don't know)

Thank you :o)

Those Lame Advertisement things sound great!! I will put aside money for them!! Awesome advice, thanks!

I cut out the drinking and switched to one definitely-safe drink.. and I've started feeling better. Maybe this was a problem.. hidden gluten in my mixed drinks.

Hi everyone  This has been a crazy year so far... How many people actually get entire sensory overload from gluten or something similar ?  My jaw is going nuts ..and that nerve is affecting my upper back and so on ...  Bones even hurt.  Brain fog. Etc  I had eggs seemed fine.   Then my aid cooked a chicken stir fry in the microwave because my food order shorted a couple key items .   I was so hungry but I noticed light breading and some ingredients with SOY !!! Why are we suffering with soy ? This triggered a sensitivity to bananas and gluten-free yogurt it seems like it's a cycle that it goes on.  The tiniest amount of something gets me I'm guessing the tiny bit of breading that I took one tiny nibble of ...yikes ..im cringing from it .. Feels like my stomach is going to explode yet still very hungry 😔  How long does this last?! Thank you so much

I have had orthodontic work done. The 3M invisalign material was no problem. BUT my retainers are another matter. They seemed okay for a few months. Now, however, they cause a burning sensation on my tongue, gums and insides of my lips. The burning sensation is now spreading to my throat. I notice it when I breathe. This is annoying and interferes with my enjoyment of eating. I am visiting with my provider tomorrow. We'll see where this goes from here.

Exactly which blood tests were done? There are a few different ones and some docs don't do them all. Also, your results and reference ranges for each?
