Hey!

Awesome! I just discovered this sports thread. Does any one know if Zone Perfect Bars are gluten-free? I didn't see any mention of them in the "bars" catagory. Anybody else use these?

Thanks,

Susan

Some of the Zone bars are gluten-free. I would call the company for an update on which ones. Personally. I eat the Fudge Graham which they say are gluten-free. They are great.

I have tried a couple of those zone perfect bars. They are great tasting, but I had some stomach discomfort the same days I ate them...Thats not saying it was the bars but I'm staying away from them just to be safe. I also like the Think Thin nutrition bars. They are gluten free, and they have a nice variety.

Your response on this matter is what I expect. You’ve had a similar episode years ago, but this one is lasting longer!

I'd like to clarify: Is the pain you describe in the area just below your chest constant, or does it only appear when you start moving?

Thank you for the links to the articles.  Interesting reading. I'll be telling my brother in law because he has a lot of pain
