I've been on my gluten free diet for 2 months now, and just dying for something normal. like candy. I was in walmart the other day, and looked at the Walmart brand of jelly beans, spice drops, candy corn, and jelly slices. They are all Gluten free, says so on the back of the package. Its great, also only $1 a bag. Thought I would share this in case anyone would like to try some sweets.

are you are the one to ask then, what about skittles , are they milk free too? sick of fruit pasitlles, after 3 packs you get sick of them.

I think they are dairy free! But you may want to double check on the ingredient label on the candy. Here's what a website said the ingredients were.

Sugar, Corn syrup, Partially hydrogenated soybean oil,

Fruit juice from concentrate (orange, lime, grape, strawberry, lemon),

Less than 2% citric acid, Dextrin, Natrual and artificial flavors,

Gelatin, Food strach - modified, color (Yellow lake 5, yellow lake 6,

red lake 40, blue lake 2, blue lake1, yellow 5, yellow 6, blue 1)

blue 1), Ascorbic acid

Also Reese's PB cups are gluten-free, but some people says it makes there stomach hurt still.

BTW, we've done other articles on this topic that I wanted to share here (not to condone smoking!):

Hi everyone  This has been a crazy year so far... How many people actually get entire sensory overload from gluten or something similar ?  My jaw is going nuts ..and that nerve is affecting my upper back and so on ...  Bones even hurt.  Brain fog. Etc  I had eggs seemed fine.   Then my aid cooked a chicken stir fry in the microwave because my food order shorted a couple key items .   I was so hungry but I noticed light breading and some ingredients with SOY !!! Why are we suffering with soy ? This triggered a sensitivity to bananas and gluten-free yogurt it seems like it's a cycle that it goes on.  The tiniest amount of something gets me I'm guessing the tiny bit of breading that I took one tiny nibble of ...yikes ..im cringing from it .. Feels like my stomach is going to explode yet still very hungry 😔  How long does this last?! Thank you so much

This is an older article, but may be helpful.

I have had orthodontic work done. The 3M invisalign material was no problem. BUT my retainers are another matter. They seemed okay for a few months. Now, however, they cause a burning sensation on my tongue, gums and insides of my lips. The burning sensation is now spreading to my throat. I notice it when I breathe. This is annoying and interferes with my enjoyment of eating. I am visiting with my provider tomorrow. We'll see where this goes from here.

Exactly which blood tests were done? There are a few different ones and some docs don't do them all. Also, your results and reference ranges for each?
