gluten-free & Soy Free Chocolate Bars And Donuts?

Hi after a considerable amount of trial and error I think I've finally found my secondary sensitivity - soy.

The only thing is all my favorite gluten-free foods seem to contain soy as well :(

The two snack foods I really can't see myself living without are chocolate bars and doughnuts. I know that Dagoba Conacado bars are gluten-free, soy free but I've never been much for chocolate bars that are only chocolate; I'm more of an O Henry girl! lol!

Any suggestions??

Hi Gwendolene. Are you familiar with the company "Enjoy Life"? They make everything there all allergen-free - including chocolate chips and many cookies and so forth that are soft and donut-like. You can make O' Henry yourself with the chocolate chips, if need be.

This article has some detailed information on how to be 100% gluten-free, so it may be helpful (be sure to also read the comments section.):

Wheat flour is fortified with vitamins in the U.S. as a part of USDA policy. Gluten free facsimile products are not fortified. There is no government mandate for such. When you remove wheat flour by going gluten free, you may be removing a significant source of vitamins.
