YES, I have that book "Dangerous Grains" and have read it SEVERAL times. I believe it's available through this website's bookstore. That really helped me understand how I could have casein and soy as well as gluten intolerances. It also tied together all those pesky symptoms I have experienced all my life into a nice, neat celiac package. :lol:

I'm going to get it today :) Thank you!

I have this book and I highly recommend it to everyone. Even people who aren't celiac or gluten intolerant can benefit from the information in it. It really goes into detail explaining what happens in our bodies when we eat grains.

God bless,

The test for anti-gliadin antibodies is known as AGA and people who test positive to AGA often have no sign of gut damage.

<points to self>

I don't have the books, but I do have a lot of the symptoms you mentioned.

I purchased the book (Dangerous Grains) and have read about 1/2 of it already.... it's wonderful! I'd like to bring it to my next doctor's appointment.

I've read this book -- twice. It makes a lot of sense, but it's hard for me to tell whether it's supported by valid research or not.

      The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

      I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

      More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
