does anyone have a good recipe for pumpkin roll (gluten-free of course)...I usually make a bunch of them for the holidays but I'd like to do gluten-free this year for them.

Thanks

here's a link to one that i really wanted to try, but haven't yet!

I have so many Thanksgiving favorites. Especially desserts with pumpkin :)

I posted a couple of my choices on my recipes site:

1) Open Original Shared Link - which I really like the combination of pumpkin and spice with a sweetened cream-cheese filling. yum.

2) Open Original Shared Link - I like this one as a substitute for traditional stuffing. It has plenty of flavor, and more than just gluten-free persons will certainly appreciate the taste.

I also really like winter-squash, pumpkin cheesecake, and certainly a well prepared turkey is always welcome on my Thanksgiving dinner table.

thank you...I was beginning to think I would never find a recipe for it....

Omg I know and it looks almost exactly like one with gluten (just a little darker in color)...

my bf's father's girlfriend got me on pumpkin roll so now I want to make a gluten-free one =)

You could also look at the pumpkin roll recipe on ww.eatingglutenfree.com

That's the one I make all the time . . . and there's never any left over! It's really good.

Is that correct, tho? 2 1/2 TABLESPOONS of cinnamon? I'm thinking that it's a typo - should be 2 1/2 teaspoons, no?

The pic does look dang good, tho!!

Hello, I was very stick,  with flu like symptoms, but my virus panel came back negative and we couldn’t figure out what’s going on. The doctor then added a celiac panel.  Has anyone ever had such a dramatic change?  What are the odds this is true celiac I am going to have an endoscopy, but it’s expensive and I just feel like why can’t the labs be enough?

Eating out in general is full of risks, but this article may help:

This kind of question is always difficult to give a definitive answer to because of so many variables. One such variable is the sensitivity of the individual celiac to small amounts of gluten cross contamination. An amount that causes a reaction in one celiac many not in another, or at least not be discernable which, of course, does not exactly equate to being "safe".

I don't live in the US, but based on this thread, I wouldn't risk it:   https://www.reddit.com/r/glutenfree/comments/1n2ehw8/cracker_barrel/   This app is helpful: https://www.findmeglutenfree.com/

I see that Cracker Barrel restaurants have a gluten free menu (not all locations, but one confirmed that they do). I was wondering if it is safe for my 5 year old son with celiac disease?
