Hi I am also from Canada, Smooth Rock Falls, Ontario, but currently living in Kincardine.

I am also still a teenager if you add 16 + 16. :lol:

Wouldnt it be great if there was a "Canada Only Site" so we could put all Canadian Information in one central location???

Yeah i'd be cool if there was enough from us in Canada to make our own site. I think the CCA needs a board too, or they should have the national meeting in Saskatchewan ;)

The Calgary Celiac Assoc. has a forums section. Not busy though, maybe 20 members or something. I think everyone comes here instead.

      I'd like to clarify: Is the pain you describe in the area just below your chest constant, or does it only appear when you start moving?

      Shingles is dormant and related to chicken pox when one has had in the past.Shingles comes out when stress is heightened.I had my 3rd Shingles in 2023.
