Hi everyone

I just wanted to tell that i bought the book " gluten free for dummies" and i really like it.

For you newbies and oldies like me and others it is very informative. Has many different things. I don't usually suggest books but i will this one.

Lots of recipes and everthing if you dont want to buy go to library, it was only 19.95 which is very cheap to get a lot of good information.

Lots of good info here too.

I want to interject here that the IBS for Dummies book tells IBS sufferers that their IBS could be celiac in origin. I was surprised that they dedicated two pages to it!

I agree, it's a wonderful book. It was the first book I purchased when the doctor said, "Perhaps Celiac testing is necessary" when discussing my daughter.

I attended a conference last summer - and Danna Korn signed it for my daughter! =)

That is awesome. I really like this book! Bought it last year in that totally glutenfree shop that opened here in PA. It's the third totally glutenfree shop in the entire US. It's in Dillsburg and called "The glutenfree Source". Every Saturday, when I drove to National Team Training I passed them and bought a pack of freshly baked glutenfree goods. I thought, I support them by buying this book. Turned out, it's a really good book. Now I put it into my martial arts academy for interested student moms to read, while they are waiting. Together with the book "Dangerous Grains". It makes a great addition!

https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1111/joim.70025 Very recent (September 2025) Finland study may be of interest. Borderline negative and low positive ant-TTG, with negative and positive EMA tests in patients diagnosed with Celiac Disease.

Thanks for the list too makes me realise why I still get symptoms after cutting gluten , all that reading has just made sense to why I'm still struggling , thankyou Scott Adams very insightful , I've been baking to and there is xanthum gum in the flour , I understand now why I still have issues with that too, and ive had to cut dairy also , i had a terrible flare few months ago and my throat also was very irritable and I had sinuses issues all makes sence 👍
