If you're done with the kid-bearing years, endometrial ablation might be an option, too.

I haven't had kids yet. Not sure we'll have any but we might.

Ah, then, you probably don't want to do that. It makes it impossible for you to carry the child, but if you did surrogacy, it would probably be fine. Talk to your doc. I so hope you get to feeling better soon, I've been having similar issues and it isn't at all fun!

I dunno if anyone is interested but I went back to the doctor today and she didn't want me to eat/have any hormones at all. She said it is fine if I spot a little and stuff. I am happy with that.

Oh and I wrote EnteroLab about Lactoce Monohydrate. There can be traces and if you react to them you should change medication. Some don't react to them and should be fine as far as I understood.

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
