I have the GLUTEN-FREE Celebrations cookbook by Carol Fenster. On page 202 there is a recipe for crackers using a small amount of grated onion. I have made these several times. I can never quite get them as small as she says to. So I get 10 crackers instead of 20 and because they are bigger they do not get really crisp. Instead they make nice bread-like rounds, perfect for dipping into soup or making into little sandwiches. My daughter loves them!
