Good article and I found a low end Asian resto in ATL that has a gluten free and gluten light (lol) menu. Guess the latter is for those reducing their gluten for a trendy diet or something.


Dx'd with anemia - March 2005

Positive blood tests - Sept. 2005

Positive biopsy - Jan. 2006

Gluten free since 1-23-06
