My Lexapro Withdrawal

Is going pretty much uneventfully. I feel a bit tired today, but I think that's mostly from

the frantic posting this morning, trying to get past the magic 500 mark.

Mostly and only sometimes, it feels like I'm a couple of cups of coffee short of a full pot.

But really if it never gets any worse than this, It will be a breeze..knock on wood.

I'm certainly not getting that depressed lethargic feeling that I had always thought was AD

withdrawal.....

Running seems to help a lot...it seems to flood my system with feelum good chemicals and

perks me up a lot.

Jerry, I'm glad it's going so well. Running is supposed to be good for depression anyway. I guess you are making your own antidepressants, which is helping you get off the chemical ones.

That's awesome. I'm glad it's going well.

That's awesome. I'm glad it's going well.

Nancy

Perhaps it explains my odd behavior??

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
