Just wondering if any one knows for sure, whether the southwestern salad (with glazed chicken) is gluten free?

I have been trying to find out myself without any luck?

McDonalds does not have that on there gluten free list!

They even say the grilled chicken on salads may come into contact with teh breaded chicken breasts.

Ask before eating....talk to a manager and explain...they have been great with me and I have had no obvious syptoms!

Good luck....there is a topic going on right now....I believe it's called " I'm going to starve to Death"....there is a link to McD's web site on there!!!

Keep in mind that list is three years old, so it's quite outdated. Best to check McD's website for allergen information.

It struck me as ironic to read this while eating fast food from Wendy's...

A sour cream baked potato and a small chili - $2.00

Who say eating out gluten-free has to be expensive? :-)

I know, I've eaten there several times.

Wondering if anyone knows whether Lindt chocolate balls are gluten free. The Lindt Canadian website says yes but the Lindt USA website says no. The information is a bit confusing.

I didn’t know there were different types of CT. I’m not sure which I had. It just said CT scan with contrast.

I had the same thing happen to me at around your age, and to this day it's the most painful experience I've ever had. For me it was the right side of my head, above my ear, running from my nerves in my neck. For years before my outbreak I felt a tingling sensation shooting along the exact nerves that ended up exactly where the shingles blisters appeared. I highly recommend the two shot shingles vaccine as soon as your turn 50--I did this because I started to get the same tingling sensations in the same area, and after the vaccines I've never felt that again.  As you likely know, shingles is caused by chicken pox, which was once though of as one of those harmless childhood viruses that everyone should catch in the wild--little did they know that it can stay in your nervous system for your entire life, and cause major issues as you age.
