HI

I am trying to stay cheat free and I have been doing good,

but the last few days I have been nausas and crampy feeling in my stomack area

and my arms seems to have a hot/slight burning feeling if I eat anything, I think it gets better after a time, but not sure, I had a tea with cream today and it seems worse today, NO C or D

I am late with my period, I think I am starting menapause, I explained this to my dr and he did some blood work and said they were normal, I am going to pick up a copy tomorrow. I know my FBS was 108 and my cholestal was 208 so its not that. And he did a liver function and that was normal.

He said I was slightly allergic to eggs, but then said dont worry about it.

I am going to the gyn at the end of the month and having a test wed. which i am really nervous about to see whats going on inside.

But it is getting so I am afraid to eat. Just been eating white rice....

my husband died 13 years ago and I havent had a partner sense then.

There is no way I can be.

      Burning Sensation in the small intestine

      I have a very timid tummy after 13 years of strict gluten free. If I try to eat like my pals, I burn.

      No red meat

      I particularly try to get lots of red meat, mostly beef. I'm slightly anemic, which isn't uncommon in celiacs. Red meat is healthy for us and the environment.

      Terrible Neurological Symptoms

      I had lyme disease for about 14 years and was also diagnosed with celiac disease about midway through. I had bad leaky gut food and chemical sensitivity like crazy dental issues I had to go on a really strict diet for 4 years to heal my gut and see a lyme Dr to heal the lyme disease Both sides of my family are celiac
