I used to be real good friends with this woman at work, then in Jan, she joined the gym with another coworker. We never got to talk anymore but I just figured because we didnt have lunch anymore that was the reason. I have emailed her on occasion and she has taken my emails and forwarded them onto to the girl who she goes to the gym with. Whenever I leave my desk to do something when I come back she is sometimes there with my cubie mate (her gym buddy) and she will be whispering and then look at my out of the corner of her eye.

I consider it evil because I never did anything to her but she treats me like crap. I always look at it as people drift apart...but she acts like I did something horrible. I do not trust them.

Hey. I'm 13 and OH YEAH i have had SO many problems with evil friends.

Once i was diagnosed with celiac and partial epilepsy, i told someone who i thought was my most trusted friend at school. She ended up telling the whole school. SO MANY stories got around that everyone was bugging me. I already had a reputation for being wierd (like stargirl thus my name)

bringing animals and stuff to school, dancing during lunchtime, finding no interest in sports, not caring about popularity, dressing in mis matched brand name clothes, people whispered about how i looked so goth and punk but yet i wore stuff from abercrombie and fitch. but they still thought it was cute and cool. I guess you could say i was popular. i just don't understand people much. one minute they crowd around you so hard you can't breath the next they make fun of you for the things they thought you were cool for. just cause i was diagnosed with celiac and partial epilepsy.

now, my so called friend was now my so called enemy and i didn't realize it. everyone didn't talk to me, ect, ect. then i realized, hey, why was no one talking to me? i mean not even my so called friend.

i acted like nothing happened until people started making fun of me and attempting to force me to eat things that i couldn't have. then i would give in and eat it and start having mood swings and depression. If i had a self-destruct button i would've pushed it.

everyone hated me. they still do. when people ask so who are you're friends now, i say friends? correction friend. she's the only one who brought me through this all.

you'll know a real friend when you meet somone who wants to know YOU. not how you dress or who you like. when someone wants to talk about the REAL things in your life instead of what's happening to Orlando Bloom or Paris Hilton. If someone crys when you tell them you're cat died then they are your friend. if you ask them to listen and they LISTEN without giving advice or talking about personal experiences or going off topic until after you're all done, they are you're friend. If you yell at them and tell them they're evil and stuff, but they nod and listen and know you're mad and will get over it and DON'T yell back at you, they're you're friend. You'll know a TRUE FRIEND when you have someone who will see you through everything.

as for you're evil friends, i would gradually stop hanging out with them. tell it to their face, you're not being nice and i can't stand it, so until you change or the world comes to a closing and all the hamburgers in the world explode, i don't really want to hang out with you. This doesn't mean i hate you or anything, I'm just don't feel you're being a real friend to me.

hey, do whatever it takes, just be YOU and that's all the matters.

i'f you're YOU and just YOU, you'll attract REAL friends, cause REAL FRIENDS want to be friends with the REAL YOU.

Oh my gosh, stargirl, I know just what you mean.

I had/have a friend that was always telling me her problems and I'd listen and I thought we were friends. But now that I have celiac disease, and at first I was kinda depressed, and I tried to talk to her and she's just like "whatever"

My friends are very supportive. When I first learned I had celiac, my best friend started to talk to me about the foods I COULD eat and made me feel a lot better. My friends and I are tight. So, just to clear this up, not all friends are "evil". There are people out there ready to help you. You just have to find them. They don't have to be just like you either Who would have thought that my best friend would be a Cross Country runner!

Thanks rmj when I first rang up it was we can't do it without , but I talked to a lovely lady and she sorted it all out for me, so it pays to be persistent , I would have had to decline if I hadn't been given the water option too , so yes I'm glad too 😌

I’m so glad they listened to your concerns!  I hope you get some answers from the MRI.

Had my MRI today I didn't have to have the manitol with my allergy's , I just had a litre of water , they were great with my concerns , so let's see if anything comes of if will keep posted once I have results 👍

Thank you ,it’s been a long road for me for having both now ,what upsets the most is that if they discovered that I also have cealiac earlier I would not have injested gluten if I was aware. Double whammy.
