Hi,

I'm not sure how to make the honey mustard that comes with the alice springs chicken at Outback, but you can just buy the honey mustard from Outback. I just bought some yesterday and my husband cooked our chicken out on the grill with the cheese and bacon and it was just like their alice springs chicken. We make our own when its a school/work night and we don't want to go out to dinner with all four of our children. Tastes just like it. The Outback by our house sells a good size container of it for $2.00.

I believe it's a mixture of dijon mustard, mayo, and honey. I'm not sure on amounts as I always just add until it looks/tastes right. It's really easy to make though and very tasty.

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
