We have a new Montana's restaurant opening where I live. Does anyone know if they have gluten-free choices. I sent them an email a few weeks ago, but no response.

thank you,

Elsinore

I've been going to Montana's for years. It's my favorite place to eat out so when I was diagnosed 2 months ago I contacted them right away to find out what is gluten-free there.

I got an immediate response:

"We understand that this allergy is a very serious one to have. We take great

care to ensure our guests may be able to enjoy our menu when there are

allergy alerts.

There are a few things we can offer to you:

Our herb roasted chicken dinner without the dipping sauce or the corn

muffin, and for choice side dishes we can offer baked potato, vegetables,

coleslaw or a side salad. Our cheese nachos, Salmon dinner (with the veg,

and 1/3 of the above choices) as well, or for something lighter perhaps one

of our salads with saut

From there you can email your local restaurant. I'm not sure how much they vary from place to place so it would be best to check with the local manager.

Good luck!

Your response on this matter is what I expect. You’ve had a similar episode years ago, but this one is lasting longer!

I'd like to clarify: Is the pain you describe in the area just below your chest constant, or does it only appear when you start moving?

Thank you for the links to the articles.  Interesting reading. I'll be telling my brother in law because he has a lot of pain
