Texas Roadhouse Has "pulled" Their Gluten Free Menu

I just called the corporate office to see if they had a nation-wide gluten free menu, since I have seen different stories from different parts of the country. She said that they "pulled the gluten free menu for now, because they changed some of the recipes, and they have to redo the menu". I told her that I had read that some people had great experiences at their local Texas Roadhouses, and that those local places worked with the people to find a good gluten free meal. She said "if they want to do that, then they can, but we don't have a specific gluten free menu, and we have changed some of our recipes" so that is the "official" word from their corporate office.

      Shingles is dormant and related to chicken pox when one has had in the past.Shingles comes out when stress is heightened.I had my 3rd Shingles in 2023.

      Oats naturally contain a protein called avenin, which is similar to the gluten proteins found in wheat, barley, and rye. While avenin is generally considered safe for most people with celiac disease, some individuals, around 5-10% of celiacs, may also have sensitivity to avenin, leading to symptoms similar to gluten exposure. You may fall into this category, and eliminating them is the best way to figure this out. Some people substitute gluten-free quinoa flakes for oats if they want a hot cereal substitute.
