Help With Ezekiel Breads

are all of their breads gluten free? i noticed that some say sprouted wheat and i didnt know what that meant. can anyone list the ones that are safe for me to eat?

and if somebody could explain to me why the whole grain sprouted WHEAT thingies are on there I'd like to know too. I've never seen these products so I know nothing about them. But that looks freaky. :huh:

cant say for sure but I dont think any of their breads are gluten-free.

I've never seen one that was, at least in Hawaii.

I didn't see any of their sprouted wheat products on this list. Anything with sprouted wheat is not gluten-free.

I wish they wouldn't do that, lol. Flourless doesn't necessarily mean wheat or gluten free. These breads use 100% Whole Grains, and that just means they are not ground into flour. I personally think it stinks that they use flourless, but that's must my personal opinion, lol. This company does make some gluten free breads made from rice flours and I think millet.

Oh, yeah, that one is not gluten-free! But the rice breads, etc. are.

Right, technically, the gluten-free ones are not called Ezekiel Bread, they're just made by the same company.

Hi,

They have malt in them, malt is not gluten free.

I thought they were gluten free, till I started attending the Celiac support group.

      I saw the thing for testing for gluten when at public places.I absolutely love but I wonder if they would come up with a bracelet or necklace that can detect gluten in the air.I would LOVE that, i know i get debilitating migraine from smelling gluten wheat what have you, all I know is when I go into places like Chevron- gluten Subway, migraine, Costco that...

      Thank you so much for your help, @trents and @Staticgypsy! I so appreciate your thoughts. My diet is high in foods with oxalates and I don’t notice any issues there. If eliminating gluten from my diet had changed anything I’d be happy to just keep on the gluten-free diet, but with eating gluten several times with no rash, and having a rash when I was man...

      I saw the thing for testing for gluten when at public places.I absolutely love but I wonder if they would come up with a bracelet or necklace that can detect gluten in the air.I would LOVE that, i know i get debilitating migraine from smelling gluten wheat what have you, all I know is when I go into places like Chevron- gluten Subway, migraine, Costco that food smell of nasty gluten- migraine and same with Walmart subway.I absolutely HATE im that sensitive, my body reacts.Sadly medical hasn't taken core issue of celiac being an issue considering glutenfree ever since 1994 and in their eyes not because they didn't diagnose me. I am and wish I wasn't. If there was a detector of gluten in the air it would make a world of difference.
