I bought some but don't know what to do with it. There are no real instructions on the package.

Sounds interesting. I looked up the ingredients:

Gluten Free Gluten Replacer

Superfine rice flour, pea extract, maize starch, potato starch, vegetable derived gums and cellulose: guar gum, methylcellulose, carboxymethylcellulose, monoglycerides from vegetable

I've used it before. I use it in small amounts, like if the recipe called for zantham gum or guar gum it would be a small amount in ratio to the entire amount of dough/batter. It does help hold things together. I may have had better luck if there were clear directions on the bag.

It was OK but I started using pre-made gluten free flour (gluten free pantry or kinniknick) and I don't think it is neccessary to add this ingredient. If I ever try something like cinnamon rolls I would use anything to get closer to the right texture.

How do you get this stuff? I can't find it on their website and a Google search doesn't help either.

I read about it on their website, THEY say it is better than xanthan gum. But I don't mind xanthan gum I don't have any complaints with anything I've made. They say it is cheaper than xanthan gum but once you add the VERY high shipping, it's more. The company is overseas. I found xanthan gum online for a whole lot cheaper than buying in the store even with the shipping.

On another forum I was reading someone posted that they liked it way more than xanthan gum. I'll look up the website, I think I bookmarked it.

I got it online but I don't remember where.

I've seen it on amazon.

If you are going to order you can go through goodsearch . com and donate a percentage of your net purchase to a charity that you choose.

If you have hemorrhoids 1x weekly I don't see how you have time to heal from one episode before you experience another one, unless each one is a very minor event. Have you consulted a physician about your hemorrhoid issue? It's not normal to be having an episode every week unless it is really one episode that is not completely healing between weekly flareups.

No I haven't had one since 2021. I rarely have more than 1 per week.

Sorry, I see that now as I reread your original post. You say you have hemorrhoids "only once a week" now. When I develop hemorrhoids, which is once every few years now, it generally takes 3-4 days for healing to take place. So, it doesn't seem like you could have much relief time between episodes if you have them weekly. Have you had a lower GI scoping done recently?

Everyday I eat a medium to large apple in the morning and a large banana at night. I eat a cup of oatmeal in the evening. The ezekiel wheat bread I eat has a good amount of fiber. I haven't dealt with constipation for at least a year. Most of the time my feces are soft.
