Bw3's - Gluten Free Or Close?

We went to BW3's for lunch at work on Friday. Normally when we go someplace like that I order potato skins or something else that is safe. BW3's is nearly impossible for gluten free.

I decided to have the wings that are unbreaded. I spoke to the waitress and she did warn me that they are fried in the same fryer as the rest of the stuff.

I would consider my reaction severe is the concentration is high. CC doesn't bother me. Now when I have something that for sure has a decent amount of gluten I get pretty bad. Before my wife became gluten sensitive we'd share dessert like a hot fudge cream puff. I'd eat the ice cream/fudge, she'd eat that plus the cream puff. I know some people are so sensitive they can't do that.

I eat fries and other things made in fryers made with other breaded items so I decided to try it.

Of course, I got pretty sick last night. Now we also went to our favorite Italian place because they make me Veal Marsala with corn starch and not flour.

My wife swears they do not make it with corn starch....3 of the times in the past 5 months we've been there I've gotten sick...however the day before I had something questionable, as in BW3's this time.

Before I had the mislabeled mushrooms from Whole Foods and previous to that was when I first learned soy sauce had wheat in it.

What has everyones consensus been?

It's possible that they make it with cornstarch, but that cornstarch might not be gluten free. I don't really use a lot of cornstarch, but I have read that some brands are not gluten free. There is also the chance that some wheat flour got into the cornstarch, either from someone dipping a measuring cup or spoon in there that was contaminated, or simply from flour flying through the air.

They both do.  The peanuts add nutrients to the treat. Tootsie Roll: Sugar, Corn Syrup, Palm Oil, Condensed Skim Milk, Cocoa, Whey, Soy Lecithin, Artificial and Natural Flavors. But M&M's contain milk, and would not be at all like a Tootsie Roll.

I appreciate you validating me because medical is an issue and it's not ok at all they they do this. Some days I just want to call the news media and just call out these doctors especially when they are supposed to be specialist Downplaying when gluten-free when they should know gluten-free is false negative. Now dealing with other issues and still crickets for disability because I show no signs of celiac BECAUSE IM GLUTENFREE! Actively dealing with sibo and skin issues.Depression is the key because thats all they know, im depressed because medical has caused it because of my celiac and related issues. I should have never ever been employed as a bus driver. After 3 years still healing and ZERO income desperately trying to get better but no careteam for celiac other than stay away frim wheat! Now im having care because my head is affected either ms or meningioma in go in tomorrow again for more scans.I know im slowly dying and im looking like a disability chaser

M&M Peanuts. About the same calories and sugar while M&M Peanuts have fiber, potassium, iron and protein that Tootsie Rolls ("We are currently producing more than 50 million Tootsie Rolls each day.") don't. Click the links to compare nutritional values.  Both are made with sugar, not high fructose corn syrup.  I use them as a gluten free substitute for a peanut butter sandwich.  Try her on grass fed, pasture fed milk. While I get heartburn at night from commercial dairy milk, I do not from 'grassmilk'.

I see it everyday on my feeds.  They go out and buy gluten-free processed products and wonder why they can't heal their guts.  I don't think they take it as a serious immune disease. They pick up things off the internet which is so far out in left field.  Some days I would just like to scream.  So much better when we had support groups and being able to teach them properly. I just had an EMA blood test because I haven't had one since my Doctor moved away.  Got test results today, doctor ordered a D3 vitamin test.  Now you know what  type of doctors we have.  Now I will have to pay for this test because she just tested my D3 end of December, and still have no idea about my EMA.
