Triumph Dining Guide

hello,

this summer I'll travel to california (Bay Area, Monterey, LA and San Diego). I read about the Triumph Dining Guide. can I get this in a bookshop in san fancisco? is it really worth buying?

i can't order online, because i live in switzerland.

I have an older version and I have used it quite frequently....a wise choice.

Can you have it delivered to a US Contact? or Hotel? I have not seen it in bookstores, but perhaps it can be ordered for you.

Here is a listing for some California contacts. They can advise.

they don't say that they can't ship internationally, so you may well still be able to order online. if you use a credit card, it will do the currency conversion for you. my husband and I have purchased things from companies based in other countries online and had them shipped a few times, and it works fine. if you're uncertain about the shipping, email them.

      If you have hemorrhoids 1x weekly I don't see how you have time to heal from one episode before you experience another one, unless each one is a very minor event. Have you consulted a physician about your hemorrhoid issue? It's not normal to be having an episode every week unless it is really one episode that is not completely healing between weekly...

      No I haven't had one since 2021. I rarely have more than 1 per week.

      Sorry, I see that now as I reread your original post. You say you have hemorrhoids "only once a week" now. When I develop hemorrhoids, which is once every few years now, it generally takes 3-4 days for healing to take place. So, it doesn't seem like you could have much relief time between episodes if you have them weekly. Have you had a lower GI scoping done...

      Everyday I eat a medium to large apple in the morning and a large banana at night. I eat a cup of oatmeal in the evening. The ezekiel wheat bread I eat has a good amount of fiber. I haven't dealt with constipation for at least a year. Most of the time my feces are soft.
