Gluten Free Expo On Again In Melbourne

For those in Melbourne, Australia and those visting Melbourne in October don't forget that the annual Gluten Free Expo is on October 11th/12th at the Exhibition Centre.

There will be hundreds of stands exhibiting gluten free foods and everything related to a gluten free diet. You will get the opportunity to sample more gluten free food than you can eat.

Curtis Stone (as seen on TV, Oprah etc.) will be there cooking gluten free foods as will other guest chefs.

I have been to the last two and it was fabulous.

The guest chef at the show is not Curtis Stone but Tobi Puttock (Jamie Olivers' Fifteen restaurant).

      Yes, @trents is right, ascorbic acid can be irritating. Do you take it with food? Do you take other supplements or vitamins? Do you eat processed meats? Is your diet high in carbohydrates?

      Be careful with C supplementation. It's ascorbic "acid". Too much can cause stomach and gut irritation.

      Thanks for the info, Its one I've not used before its got Noni Fruit, Astragalus Root in it as a prebiotic. As i never eat fruit it might be a cause.
