White Rice Flour

I do a lot of baking and buy my white rice flour in bulk from my local health food store.

I would like to find a finer grind of White Rice Flour that does not leave my foods with such a gritty texture, without having to try every other brand of W.R. Flour out there. Can anyone recommend a brand that I can get in 5-25 lb. bags that produces a grit-less product?

The white rice flour from the Asian markets are a finer grind than what I could find at a place like Whole Foods. I don't know if they sell in bulk, but their prices were considerably cheaper anyway. I think I paid 69 cents for a one pound bag.

Kinnikinnick's white rice flour is very fine and my foods never turn out gritty at all. I'm not sure if they sell in bulk though. Worth looking into perhaps? www.kinnikinnick.com

Authentic Foods has a superfine white rice flour - it's very smooth. (They have superfine brown rice flour, also).

It comes in 3 lb bags and you can get it from the Gluten Free Mall

I have also been quite pleased with Shiloh brand brown rice flour which, although not as fine as the superfine, is finer than, say, Arrowhead Mills or Bob's Red Mill flours.
