Egg Allergy Question

I tested severely allergic to eggs (whites and yolks) on my blood IgE allergy test, however, whenever I eat eggs I feel fine and never experience any symptoms. is it ok for me to occasionally eat eggs or food with eggs as an ingredient? I used to eat them every single day but since getting all my tests I cut them out in addition to soy, dairy and gluten.

also, i had a skin test that was negative for eggs and my intestinal IgA was also negative for eggs

Sorry, I can't answer your question...my dd hates eggs so I found a few recipes. If you are interested I can post the links. gluten-free/df/ef/sf also.

When you eat something everyday that bothers your body it all builds up and can show as symptoms that seem unrelated to what you are eating

If you do decide to try eggs be careful, after cutting them out for a while your reaction may be a lot stronger than you would think

      Oats naturally contain a protein called avenin, which is similar to the gluten proteins found in wheat, barley, and rye.
