Am Tension? Anyone Else?

One of the problems I experience is that when I wake up in the morning, I will have a lot of anxiety and/or tension. I then think I will probably have a lousy feeling day, but almost as soon as I get out of bed, those feelings go away. Just seems strange.

Yes, for a long time I thought I subconsciously hated my lovely job as every morning I would wake up with this strangest feeling of tension. Regardless if any stressful events happened or were supposed to happen around that morning. Only after realizing I was a celiac did I connect these two things... It usually ends up with me having to spend a bit of morning on the toilet and after that the feeling of tension is gone. If I, however, had eaten gluten the evening before (say, by mistake), the feeling would stay there throughout the day... Cant explain it as it is not very "physical"... It's like a stage fright or a feeling you get before an exam... It seems very strange.

Yes, @trents is right, ascorbic acid can be irritating.  Do you take it with food? Do you take other supplements or vitamins? Do you eat processed meats?   Is your diet high in carbohydrates?

Be careful with C supplementation. It's ascorbic "acid". Too much can cause stomach and gut irritation.
