My doc (a celiac too)

suggested an orthbiotic, a prescribed anti-biotic, and two kinds of bacteria laden enzymes for me after I took the NutraEval test and she said I have a case of intestinal yeast.

I asked her if fruit should go and she said no. She said refined grains were the worst.

She also suggested the following mineral drink for me:

1 tea celtic sea salt

2 tea of apple cider vinegar

raw honey

water

does the salt kill off the negative qualities of the vinegar and honey for this condition?

That's wonderful that your doctor actually tested you for yeast! Not many people can say that.

I have done lots and lots of reading and research on the subject of yeast/candida, and I have not come across anything that indicates that salt counteracts the yeast-feeding tendencies of vinegar and/or honey. I'm definitely interested if anyone else has. Seems to me if you are trying to kill off a yeast overgrowth in your intestines as quickly as possible, you might want to be somewhat strict about it - no vinegar, sugar in any form, no fruit...

There's a book about systemic yeast problems that was popular 10+ years ago, "The Yeast Connection" by William Crook. He recommends taking caprylic acid. I followed his diet protocol for 2 years in the 90s. It did seem to help. Looking back it may have been more b/c I ate virtually no gluten, b/c I was avoiding all yeast and the two are married in most things (not all). It was also a very strict no-sugar, corn syrup and the like.

Then I had a craving for a doughnut with my coffee, and it was all over. It was like a dam broke. All those foods I'd missed for two years. This time I'm not going back. I had no idea then how serious it was, or I would have gone back on the wagon. It's also easier now, there are many more breads and cookies and stuff available.

      Hello, no I had to have them re done and then used a liner over the top.  Many dentists are not aware of the celiac effects.  Best of luck.   There is other material, yet, very expensive.

      He is not just a psychiatrist.  He is also a neuroscientist.  And yes, I have already read those studies.   I agree with benfotiamine.  This is short term while glutened/inflammation occurs.  As I had already mentioned, these symptoms no longer exist when this phase passes.  And yes, I know that celiac is a disease of malnutrition.  We are working with a naturopath.
