Zojirushi And Betterbatter?

Does anyone have any program settings using a Zojirushi BBXX20 and using BetterBatter flour mix? I'm just looking for settings for a regular sandwich bread. I've been in contact with them via email -- but they haven't been the most helpful, which surprised me because I read so many positive things about them here. Under the recipes on their website, there were comments from several people that were trying the BetterBatter flour in their bread machine and they weren't having much luck. I can't afford to experiment at $22/5lbs -- so I would really appreciate any advice! Thanks!!!

I ordered a box of the better batter and to tell you the truth, I was not impressed and will not be ordering it again. I have also tried the Jule's nearly normal, the Tom Sawyer and the Domata flours.

Of all of the flours I hands down prefer the domata for texture, reliability and moisture management.

I use the flours to make cakes, do rolls and batter shrimp and chicken.

I have not tried to make bread with it. I do like it for everything else BUT pancakes. Everytime I used it they were inedible. I have wasted so much on pancakes. Now I buy Bobs Red Mill pancake mix and they are great. I think I'm going to try Domata next so I have another flour to compare. I have used Tom Sawyer and like the Better Batter better for everything vs the Tom Sawyer. However the Tom Sawyer made a great pancake. Go figure??

This doesn't answer your question but I'm not sure if you know that this intolerance is passed down from mother to child through Cord blood and or breast milk.

I’m having this type of MRI this afternoon,  What specifically do you want to know?  From what I’ve read, not all facilities use the same drink prep.

Hi I've been told I need a MRI on my bowels , I was booked for a colonoscopy, but because of my sever back issues and trapped nerve it can't be done , the nurse told me I will have to have a manitol drink a hour before the scan , I'm just a bit worried has I have issues with sweeteners like even a little,  I get a weird throat and ears and I've read it is a similar substance , not sure if anyone has had one of these scans or could give me some advise on the drink prep thanks in advance 😄

Hi all ! Can a celiac attack be so intense that it causes your entire body to work in reverse? Meaning really bad pain,  neuropathy and muscle,  jaw pain,  the stomach issues , Horrible anxiety and confusion??  I had a Tums and you would think I ate poison. My jaw and stomach did not like it . Not the norm for me. Things that are simple are just out of control. Anyone ever have this happen??  I'm trying to figure out what I ate or did to bring on a celiac like attack. I had an idea before but yesterday I didn't have any gluten unless it was in a medication ?! Any positive suggestions ??  Thank you
